Watching Kansas vs tcu on espn u. Wiggins has 19 points at the moment. Killin it on the perimeter. Looks real confident.

Embiid looks good too but wiggins is the best player on the court right now. Kid likes to defend.

Looks like Embiid is hurt.

Kansas is growing up fast. To this point Ainge hasn't been tested at the top of the draft where he's had a tough choice to make. Should they keep the pick it might add a new dimension to how he's thought of ultimately.

TCU's coach looks like Darryl Strawberry to me.

The kid only really gets hate because expectations were too high (not his fault). If he gets his jumper down and learns to finish at the rim he will be an all-star in the NBA. The rest of his skill-set and potential is ridiculous. The problem is that he doesn't match well for the Celts because he will take time to develop. Chad Ford recently said that the ideal matches of the top picks would be Embiid - Celtics, Parker - Jazz, and Wiggins - Philly.

I really hope the Celtics draft the BPA and forget about development time. It's not like they're a playoff team that needs their draft pick to contribute immediately. Even if they do end up making a big move in 2015 to team Rondo up with a star, taking the BPA should give them the chip with the most trade value.

Also, sometimes these guys are ready to contribute faster than you think. Rondo was only 21-22 when he started during the 07-08 title season.

i'm down with drafting bpa, drafting for need usually sets you back more often than not. but I also think if you're drafting in the top 5 you need to get a player that is pretty much a lock. I know there's no such thing, but some guys are more of a project than others and if we get a top 5 pick I hope we don't take a project.

He's doing about what the experts expected of him.  He was supposed to come in, average 14-15 points, lose his "consensus #1" title over the first half... and then throw up games like this and eventually gain it back.  THe reason why he is considered such an elite prospect is because of his potential... not his game right now.
