Yes, yes, boo Brandon Bass! My dreams are coming true.

  • Let's Go Celtics!
I loathe Chris Broussard. "Is this emotional for you? Is it hard to play?"

I'm pretty sure he is having a tough time concentrating on the game. I could be wrong though.

I continue to not like Jeff green. One of my least favorite Celtics ever. EVER.

He's in that Vin Baker category.

Except he is sober

Jeff Green plays like he's on downers though.

Rondo and PP (of the Pressey variety) might as well use this season to improve their 3 point shooting like K-O and Sully.

But they don't run any plays for him and don't pass him the ball. It's not his fault.  ::)

Terry should also get a video...for how terrible he was for us last season, with a line at the end of the video telling him and his tattoo artist to go to hell lol

I always said when I left the Celtics, I could not go to heaven, because that would
be a step down. I am pure 100 percent Celtic. I think if you slashed my wrists, my

"That's all I can stand, and I can't stands no more."

If there's one good thing about this, it's that Red is not here to see it.

And it would NOT have happened if Red HAD been here.

This sucks.

I think you underestimate the era in which we're playing currently, the competition, the effects of the current CBA, how long of a career Pierce had as a Celtic compared to past Celtics, and how productive currently he's as a player in particular with how high of a salary he has.

So, I can easily see Red making this sort of move in this era as much as it would've pained him to make it.

I'll say this, if Ainge hadn't put the faith he put on our team 2 off-seasons ago, maybe Pierce doesn't get traded. But in order to give KG and Pierce another go as a Celtic, Ainge sacrificed our much needed future flexibility. And in order to regain it, they had to be moved in part because they underperformed, the team underperformed, and was severely unhealthy.

I think it's safe to say that we can move on from the Ainge is evil incarnate and Red is infallible rhetoric.
Feel Free!

I never called or even intimated Ainge as evil incarnate or Red as infallible, (wow - he'd get a kick out of that one, lol).

However, the cool thing about being an individual is that I don't have to let go of my bitterness at this move, or believe that we would somehow have been worse off than we already are if they had stayed.

Or believe that Red would've ever let Paul Pierce play in another jersey ... not in my humble opinion, ever.

To each his own, but this sucks big-time.

Emotion cares very little for rationalization, and that's where I'm at presently, and make no apologies for it. ;)

Faverani with some solid minutes.
What would his stats be if he got the same minutes KO gets? Not to question Stevens  so  I assume KO is earning his minutes. Stevens probably is seeing potential. Must be seeing it in practice.
