If Westbrook wasn't on the team, he'd probably average 30+ a season. He wouldn't shoot 50/40/90 though....But then again, he's averaging 30 now while shooting 49/39/88 and considering his volume, that's phenomenal.

I do not know if you saw the game, but he hit some sick contested three pointers.

He had a little run in the 4th quarter (11 pts. in about 1:15 minutes I think) where he was doubled and tripled just to get to the ball. Everyone on both teams knew he was shooting, no matter where he got the ball.

Once he got it, he would immediately take these deep "heat check" kind of threes. I was saying to myself while the ball was in the air "NO WAY". As usual I was wrong. Wet!

Really reminded me of Larry's 60 point game when both benches were going crazy after every absurb shot he hit. To Durant's credit, he passed up many shots in the last two minutes. Easily could of pushed for 60+.

Curry had 37 on 11-18 shooting and looked like he had a crap game compared to Durant.  Curry and Durant have two of the best strokes of all time IMO and I am a old school guy. Just a pleasure to watch.

guy gets some of the most bogus calls in the nba. That and1 in the 4th was utter bs. Dont care who you are. Driving to the basket and dipping your shoulder into the opposition to make contact is to me an offensive foul. Also blatantly pushed off with both arms on demaree carrol when he was defending him to get a pass. Hate seeing blokes get called for it, then not getting called for it because of their superstar status. But i guess this is the NBA and their officials after all.

Nothing against his talent though. Dude is a stud and stone cold assassin that can pretty much shoot from anwyehere on the court.

2 guys in the NBA today that are capable of dropping 70 on a given night. Melo came close. the other is KD

I'm with you, Smutzy. KD got away with a push in the game right in front of the official tonight that was so blatant the players and the Commentators (both sets, OKC and ATL) stopped paying attention to the fact that "kevin durant has the ball in a tie game with 11 seconds left" and all openly wondered how the heck he got away with that.

Definitely tainted what was otherwise a very entertaining game.
