If Bradley could get back to being a defensive specialist instead of a chucker, I would like to keep him.  I think it might be the "contract year" thing.  He probably thinks he needs to be an offensive player to get paid, but he made his staple as a defensive player.  His defense has lapsed since he's been concentrating on his offense.

It's also the shots he takes, he takes so many long 2's it's ridiculous, and he can't make layups. >:(

He's definitely not worth $8 million.

Yeah if he managed to bring back the pre-shoulder injury Bradley...
The defensive specialist, terrific corner 3pt shooter, great backcourt cutter then I'm eager to re-sign him for around $6M/yr

Honestly, I think Bradley's price won't be very high. He is a restricted free agent, so to convince the C's not to match they would have to way overpay him. I'm not sure a team is going to be willing to give overpay to sign Avery Bradley. I bet we get him back at a very team friendly rate.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

I see it ending up similar to the Glen Davis RFA.

As in he will get traded because someone will make him a bigger offer?

I'll not be terribly disappointed with a similar outcome -- trading Bradley for a less flashy, lunch-pail-attitude type of guy. Perhaps with more prototypical size for the SG position.

That happened when Davis was a free agent, his third contract.

Davis after 08-09 was a RFA and ended up signing a two year deal for 3 million per year (with weight incentive clauses)

I think Avery won't get the offers he like for a longer contract 4 years due to RFA and the C's won't have the dollar figure he wants. So they'll do a shorter smaller deal as a compromise.
