that few seconds was just HORRIBLE for the Knicks. definitely should've called a timeout there

and according to nbadraft.net, Knicks' record will earn them a #3 pick, which in return is picked up by the Nuggets in the Melo trade :D

Knicks' management really blew it didn't he :)

Caught the last two possessions live last night.

My friends and I were completely dumbfounded. Like, these guys are professionals, right?

Knicks are further proof of being careful of what you wish for.  Overpaying for a superstar that feels they can dictate trades is not all it's cracked up to be.

Nuggets have got to be giggling hysterically with joy right now.

Yeah, I'm sure they're really glad that they ditched Melo and proceeded to still not win a championship and get rid of their Executive of the Year GM and fire their Coach of the Year Head Coach.

Seems like it worked out really well for them.

Is Melo's trade value at an all time low?

Time to hit it, Danny!

Fact is, the Leastern Conference is such a joke that the Knicks will probably fall backwards into the playoffs as soon as Chandler returns... which would make that pick no better than #15.

They are a few games back, but there's like 60 games left in the season.

Amar'e has had his knees swell, so he's now out "a while".

Which is what happens when you play him big minutes, which is why they imposed all those minutes restrictions and back to back rules for him.

He'll fix a lot of their problems if he can be effective.  But they need at least two of Felton/JR/Shumpert to play like their past selves to get any kind of momentum.  Firing Beno Udrih into the sun probably wouldn't hurt either.

With Prigs/Feltons injury I wonder if the panic move for Lowry is coming.

I think it's just a question of which panic move is coming.  I'm kinda hoping they find a way to get Pau in some crazy deal.

And immediately sign him to a $60 million extension.
