Can you ever remember a mega trade involving three firsts and another to boot with a coach involved? Four first round picks for an aging team and coach. And a team of good young spare parts that's actually pretty good paired with a dynamic young coach. Can't say I've seen anything like this. It's kind of exciting. The Unknown.

count me as excited. To be fair, I thought Brad coming in, adapting to the NBA was gonna take a while. I was thinking something like a 5-20 record for us (and not for the Knicks 7-17 LOL).

I am very impressed with Brad making the most out of his players. He saved Crawford's career, improved Brandon Bass, and made Lee more efficient. He shot down the tanking theories by putting up an impressive record (2 games below .500).

Doc Rivers is the first coach to be part of a transaction involving a first-round pick.  So, no.

I have seen trades with three future firsts involved.  The most memorable maybe the draft day trade that involving Chris Webber to Golden State for Anfernee Hardaway and picks that ended up being used on Todd Fuller, Vince Carter, and Mike Miller.  The picks used on Fuller and Carter were traded to Washington, then back to Golden State before being used.  Carter was traded on draft day to Toronto.

For those of you scoring at home, while Doc was the first coach traded for a draft pick, Pat Riley cost the Heat a first round pick when he left the Knicks to coach in South Beach.

Agreed aside from the top 5 legit contenders or whatever there's no other team I'd rather be things are looking way up for the C's and Brad continues to impress me.

Doc was not traded for a draft pick. The Celtics received a draft pick in exchange for releasing Doc from his contract with the team. That's not the same thing.
