Got to admit - this is possibly a bit far fetched. But it comes on partially sound reasoning if you assume we can afford to get rid of picks.
Celtics acquire: Greg Monroe, Charlie Villanueva, Arron Afflalo, Jameer Nelson
Pistons acquire: Gerald Wallace, Jamal Crawford, 2014 Hawks pick, 2015 Clippers pick
Magic acquires: Kris Humphries, Marshon Brooks, Celtics 2015 pick, Nets 2016 pick
Magic would love to get 2 picks for Afflalo and getting out of Nelson's extra year is a big pus for them. They clear time for Oladipo, save $$, get picks, and have a worse team to get a better pick at the top of this draft.
Pistons get rid of their horrible frontcourt dilemma (ie Smith at the 3) and get Crawford to provide shooting. If they wanted a better 3, it'd be worth seeing if Orlando would swap Harkless to the Pistons for the Hawks 2014 pick.
Celtics look like:
Rondo/Nelson
Afflalo/Bradley
Green/Lee
Sully/Olynyk
Monroe/Faverani
Not much of a bench but a lot of shooting if Bradley and Lee keep hitting shots. Monroe is great albeit he'll need to be paid in the summer. Afflalo has been a top 5 SG this year and imo that's a contender in 2015/16.
