McGee interested me when we had Garnett here. I thought KG could cover a lot of the holes in his game and be a good mentor to McGee. A risky gamble but worthwhile risk.Without KG, I don't think Boston has the right environment for McGee to prosper. No longer a worthwhile risk in my view.
It amazes me how KO has become a throw in on a deal, in some fans' minds, after 14 games in the NBA.

Just not for a guy like McGee or the plethora of garbage de facto starting centers
