Quick question: Though the Celtics have an 9-12 record, a number of websites put them at the 4th seed by conference standings (when, by record, they should technically be the 9th seed). Is there a reason behind this that I'm completely missing?

It's because we're in the lead of the Atlantic division, which guarantees a playoff spot. Thanks to our fellow division teams for being so god-awful.
