If you get bored head over to the Nets Daily blog. The fans there are p---ed, and most are just wishing they hadn't done the deal with Boston this summer. I hate to see PP and KG struggling, but it seems (as of now) like DA pulled the trigger at the right time. Here are some of the comments from today's game against the Pistons:

-Danny Ainge is one smart dude. he got Billy goooooood.

-Billy King needs to be fired

-Boston...We want our picks back…

There are tons more. Here's a link to an article asking if Brooklyn should rebuild...which is difficult to say the least after the trade. http://www.netsdaily.com/2013/11/23/5136428/trade-assets-for-short-or-long-term-rebuild

Celtics can beat Nets anytime .....Lopez is not on the floor.......Lopez is the key........they fall off so bad when he isn't in there,

Watch when Lopez comes  back......they'll win again.

Pierce is a turn over machine , teams stealing the ball.....can shoot , but too old for much else.

Kidd is worthless as a bench coach........he d serve them better by putting on a uniform and paying point guard .

They lose next 3 5 games with   The crazy pay roll they have ........Kidd nd King should be fired

They had no business hiring kidd as their coach. Who puts a championship caliber team together and then hires a coach that just retired from playing ? Love pp and kg but I'm
Glad we did the trade. I don't think I could watch them try and carry a team. Win or lose i find
Our team very fun to watch

Superficial people who are excited about big names and don't have any patience.

Consider the fact that neither George Karl or Lionel Hollins are coaching this season and it makes that hire even more ridiculous.

Ha wow I might have just gone through the 200+ comments, it made my day so tp.

One guy said "The day we play the Knicks, Raymond Felton will eat a cupcake with the spirt of CP3. I just know it."

I can't even deal, I'm still laughing

I know the nets are really struggling with staying healthy, I wonder how many games their starting five have played together? While I still think they have plenty of time to turn it around and make the playoffs it is starting to look like Danny fleeced them.
You can't reason someone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into.

Go over to the Knicks blog too..the comments are pure comedy especially with the gifs.

I'm not surprised by how PP is playing his numbers have been on a decline. KG is more surprising.

Nets are under a ton of pressure .    They don't have years to grow into a championship team .   In my mind this is the  only year that  they have with our old Celtics to get a title.

I think Nets fans have to realize ,   DWill , Lopez , Blatche , Johnson , the young guys have to stay on the court  and CaRRY the team.   .........Terry, Pierce, KG are backups ........we saw they were past their prime a we struggled to stay 500 ball

If the Nets young players don't sTay on th court ,  they are doomed .......old dudes can't carry the team

Kidd should b fired ......he is worthless

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
They haven't played 15 games yet. The old guys will take a serious amount of time to adjust to this new team.
Their biggest problem is Kidd as coach. He should be fired pretty soon and a big name coach inserted.
The Russian should throw 10-15 million at Phil Jackson to see what he can do.
Kidd is just garbage and KG and Pierce are struggling with fitness.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.
