He hasnt done nothing yet. His team is stacked with selden and ellis is an underrated prospectParker and randle have put up better numbers so far. Exum is an excellent prospect also. Nobody will really know who will be the best right nowWhat if kansas gets upset in the 1st round? Will ppl still go crazy about wiggins? I do see the potential in wiggins but he has ways to go in terms of shooting the ball better, passing better etc. Thus far he has mostly been relying on raw physical tools. That can only get you so farIt's not like Wiggins appeared out of thin air. He's been known to the basketball world for years, and people are going off more than four early-season college basketball games to judge him. And mind you, he hasn't done badly in those games. Is he as refined as Parker? No, but no one said he would be. But I would argue that if LeBron's game is as refined as Paul Pierce's now, it wasn't until recently that it was so. Despite this, he was the better basketball player long before that occurred. And Randle's a beast, but he's 6'9" playing power forward in college, where a lot of teams will put out a 6'6" kid. He'll have a physical mismatch almost every night out. That won't happen in the NBA. Doesn't mean he isn't a great prospect -- he is very much so.Wiggins was rated the #1 high school player for a reason last year, and he's done nothing to show he shouldn't have been.I see your pts but also consider-Lebron even from his rookie year had excetional handles and passing skills(better than pp). His shot was his only weakpointWiggins is even more raw than lebron was. Wiggins knows how to play but right now he is more gerald green than say grant hillSo he has ways to go. I know his first step to the basket is dazzling, but if you look past this for example, his game can improve. For example in the nba , teams dare him to shoot, how is he going to cope with this?? Can he create a pass to the open man like lebron at worse?? With parker u cant do this, even if he played in the nba todayLeBron's handles are so good he gets away with 3 or 4 steps when he drives to the basket... I mean, his crab dribble is amazing. He's a good passer, but in no way his ballhandling is better than PP's. He can create space by shoving with his off-arm or lowering his shoulder, but his ability, as great as it is for a guy his size, isnt' nothing to rave if he was called like it is. Just like MJ, if you ask me.Wiggins is raw, but he's not overrated. There's a trend of bashing the kid, his motor and his potential, but he'll still be #1. He'll do whatever is needed to win games, like against Duke, when he told his coach he wanted to guard Parker even with foul trouble, and his coach didn't grant his wish. Wiggins guarded Parker anyways, and Self had to admit that the kid was right. Wiggins has a long way to go with his development, but he has the character to compete while not "taking over" and chucking 30 shots. He even might not be a "go-to-guy", but he'll be a superstar. And when he's in the NBA, he'll get so many calls it's going to be ridiculous.

Anyone who has watched his short college career would agree that he is an elite prospect and the probable number one pick. Also, for you to say that Kansas is stacked and not included Kentucky in that statement is ridiculous? Randle is playing with the best recruiting class in history? Wiggins is playing with 3 first round picks, Randle is playing with 7. Big difference.....

No doubt about it he could just use this to have a nice career in the nba like Shawn Marion. But imo he is missing a couple of other ingredients than refined skills and that is court awareness and elite motor. I still need to see how he handles/pulls through in more close games , what he can do when teams understand his strengths and weakness (for example dare him to shoot and prevent the drive)

Did every single GM see Bennett as the #1 pick?Did every single GM or alot of them mess up on passing up on Sullinger??Wiggins = more hype than anything right now. He has to have a solid full year. Even Self has criticized him for not working harder earlier in the yearI think he will be a good nba player but not "dominant" like you think.
Wiggins and Parker I think are a level above Randle and Exum. Wiggins is an elite defender and has a high offensive ceiling but I think people underrate his floor. He has decent handles in the half court and is explosive/productive in transition. Parker is just an amazing scorer and smart team defender.Randle I have my doubts because while he is a beast, I think people overrate his athleticism. He is only 6'8, 6'9 so I'm not sure how that will translate into the NBA. I know I will get killed for this but I see a lot of Anthony Bennett in him. Granted Randle is more skilled on the block, I'm still not sure how he matches up with elite players. That said I think he will be a good player but not someone I would be comfortable taking #1 overall.Exum is interesting because I'm not sure what position he will play in the NBA. A lot of people say he's NBA position is PG but again most people haven't seen him play enough.
Anyone see what Marcus Smart did tonight? Wow.

He is very smart (no pun intended) and great defensively. His shoot looks good tol. Making a good case so far this season to go in the top 7 in the draft. He's one of those players who is a winner. Tough, smart, and competitive. Also seems like a really good, mature kid.

I would say the GM's were right on Sully. Worried about him having back issues and he didn't even make it through his first season. So, yes the GM's were right about Sully...
Parker had another great game. 23/9 I think. Wiggins, had a pretty run of the mill type of night, 13/6. Hood is a pretty highly touted prospect, sat out last season due to a transfer. He will be a lottery pick this year...
