A week ago everyone was lambasting Stevens saying he didn't have a clue how to set rotations and other stuff. Now he is a genius that is world's better than our last coach that was able to deliver a championship, two trips to the finals and three trips to the conference finals.

What happens when we hit a tough part of the schedule and lose 5-7 games in a row? Does Stevens revert back to being an idiot?

Knowing Celticsblog....yeah probably.

glenn can thank PP and KF and even RA for those trips to the finals and that title. we should have had 3 trips to the finals and at least two titles but thanks to doc that did not happen. it is obvious why. it has been discussed here ad nauseum and i am not going over it again just for you.
Thanks for not explaining it to me as I really am not a fan of fairy tales.

yep. i await the transformation in the tone of posts to change as well. fine, that is what cb is and will be. not a unified voice, but lots and lots of hope and despair all rolled together.

but honestly, wins and losses aside, this is a fun team to watch. stevens is doing well so far and i think he can adjust as the season goes on. what wont change is the talent level of the celtics.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

This team plays like the Celtics teams of old.  Lots of running and high scoring.  Loving it! ;D

Stevens hasn't hit a shot for us this year.

Don't get me wrong, I like him as a coach and I liked the hire.  I'm just of the opinion that coaches get too much blame/credit for short-term streaks like this.

I think Coach Stevens would say the same thing.  As Stevens would say, " it's a players league ".

Heck, Ainge might deserve more praise.  Who would've thought that this roster would put up close to 120 at any point during the season ?  In a non overtime game that is.

Agreed.  I think Brad Stevens deserves some credit for the way this team is playing, but I absolutely give most of that credit to the players.

so doc's rotations, run and gun style, offensive board crashing, points in the paint etc, etc, and style was great in 2010? yeah that was really doc's style huh? what about 2012? ROTF****. I will just leave it at that. If you did not pay attention to that team all those years or doc's style then oh well.  I understand you will defend him to the end irregardless of rationality, perspective and objectivity. Where did i say anything about injuries in 2009? Exactly.

LET'S GO CELTICS!

A couple weeks ago we had "What if Danny Ainge wanted Jordan Crawford to help us tank? Really."  Now we've got "Should the Celtics Re-Sign Michael Jordan... I mean Jordan Crawford?"

Celticsblog, where polarity happens.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

Doc's regular season coaching record with the Celtics was 482-306.

Brad Stevens is now at at 4-4.

I suspect there's a handful of holes in your history of the team under Doc.
