As expected
- Lack of Athleticism
- Don't ask them to block shots
- Bad rebounding performance by Olynyk
The pluses
- High BBIQ. Do all the non stat things well like setting picks, boxing out, PNR, spacing on the court etc.
- Both know how to play. Directing and communicating with others.
- Both are superb passing big guys
- For a good part of the game when both were playing at the same time, the team was on the plus side
The concern/challenges
- Scoring. Olynyk is good but needs time to figure out how to score against nba calibre players. Sullinger has to minimize getting blocked from underneath the basket
- Sullinger is a great rebounder but can't do it all by himself. Olynyk has to figure out a way to rebound better. Adding strength can't come sooner
Even with the concern/challenges, like i thought, its the best upfront duo the team has. Anyone else still rather have Hump/Bass duo starting or playing majority of the min?? These guys are bench players at best
