The HGH thing is ridiculous, but as another poster mentioned, he may be saying that as a means to try and get something else in another area done.
I can understand the flopping fines from his perspective, so that's whatever.
As far as dress code, I've always believed you have to dress to fit the part, no matter what. The NBA wants to come across as a professional, world-class organization, so if suits and other business type attire are required than so be it. I have no problems with anyone wearing urban culture influenced clothing but when you go to work, you've got to follow the rules. Dress how you want on your own time, but when you go to work you are representing that place of employment and have to present yourself in the way that the company would like.
