It appears barring trades, that only two teams qualify for free agency, Golden State and Cleveland. It also appears that each team is only allowed one selection each in free agency.

So after 6:00PM until rosters close Monday, Cleveland and Washington are allowed one pick each in free agency. If they make a trade that nets them and extra player prior to that time, they lose the right to free agency.

If a team with a full compliment of players makes a trade, please, lets make things simple and just make even trades so that we don't have to start opening free agency to teams. I am open to changing this if you guys want, it would just mean more work for me. But do remember, 15 player maximum on rosters at all time.

Sweet!  I knew my main competition in the East would slip up eventually. 

No way a team with a crak-head in the lockeroom is good.  Next thing you know the whole team will be smoking it up before games, and doing stuff like this...
