The package I want for L.A.:

Player already drafted
3rd/4th
4th/5th

for

Lamarcus Aldridge
2 late picks.

Not in a hurry to move him, but don't mind listening to offers.

Also how do I make myself hidden?  ;D

With the 11th pick in the third round the San Antonio Spurs select:

Danny Granger

You have learned nothing.

Thought he'd be there in the 4th. Could be a steal. His knee deterioration hasn't been talked about enough. They still don't know if he'll be ready for camp and he missed almost all last year. Rumors are out there his career could be done. At 32 he's on the downside but he's still talented. Indiana might win a title if he was healthy last year.

Hopefully he comes back. For the record he was under consideration for 3.24.

Link to those "rumors," son?

I can't speak to his long term health. I'm just looking at Danny this year. If it wasn't clear by my nursing the clock, I would've been far more comfortable with putting the pick off. That said, I love his versatility, shooting. Defensively the Spurs wings should be very difficult to deal with.

Why not just say: Package I want for  LaMarcus, a gross overpayment.

As much as I hate Kobe in every way a person can hate an NBA player, gotta admit that that is a very intelligently put together team in Orlando. fwf is surrounding kobe with players that would seemingly work fabulously with Kobe.

This is a very good way to get a TP, Nick.  I was hoping for Pekovic because he can score a little more but I think Asik is a great fit too.

Also he's 30 years old. April 20, 1983. Games within games, Kane.

Any thoughts on Alvinson HorfnetTy? [forcing it]

Lawson can run a playoff offense, and having an inside presence like Horford as well as an outside presence like Garnett could work out nicely. Not to mention the two big guys more than make up for Lawson's vertical challenges.

I like it --- good quality guys who I think fit together.

The biggest problem I think is a lack of scoring punch. All 3 *can* score, but none are really dominant.

Like yesterday if Boston wants to take until 1:30, I have no problem with that.

Lunch break.

See you in 30.

But don't expect Mods for KC to be so patient at 1:30:01  8)

Yeah, we get that. Tough to get a dominant scorer when your first pick is 19th, though.

We're going for an IRL Grizzlies mold. Conley ~ Lawson, Horford ~ ZBo, Garnett ~ Gasol. If it wins them games then it can win us games too.

Dirk Nowitzki, pick #22.
