Quite the run on big men.

Not surprised. The top of this round was loaded with them.

Still a couple more.

Kyle Lowry, Dwayne Wade, 13th pick in even numbered rounds, 18th pick in odd numbered rounds.

Yeah, there are at least a half-dozen bigs left that I think you can construct a very nice front line around.

Houston Rockets take Greg Monroe

Wow, feeling remorse for stealing that Dallas trade? This seems awfully high for Monroe.

I've loved every other pick in the draft though. Lots of solid big men coming off the board. Bosh & Hibbert could easily prove being steals.

A 16 & 10 center with a polished offensive game with court vision? Not to mention he's only 23. Top of the 2nd round is where he should be picked.
PHX Suns: Russell Westbrook, Chris Bosh, Tristan Thompson, Trevor Ariza, Tony Allen, Trey Lyles, Corey Brewer, Larry Nance Jr., Trey Burke, Troy Daniels, Joffrey Lauvergne, Justin Holiday, Mike Muscala, 14.6

I'm going to take Tyson Chandler

Was debating but didn't want AB to miss his pick.

I like Chandler next to Aldridge.  They should complement one another well.

Absolutely, positively thrilled to be able to select the Ticket himself,

Kevin Garnett

A competitor, a champion, a Celtic, and a wonderful pairing with Al Horford.

This perhaps isn't the most popular opinion, but there's no way KG should have lasted until #32 in a one year exercise.

Sure, in the regular season he'll get some nights off.  In the playoffs, though, he'll be playing 35 minutes every night, and will be heading up an elite defense.

3.9 and 4.17 available for a mid to late 2nd and 5/6
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.
Wade, 2-18 available. All offers must include multiple 13th rounders.
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

Depends, I wouldn't take him with my first pick, but I'd take him if I had another guy.

I agree completely. If Duncan is a top 17 pick, Garnett has to be as well. Every big taken after Duncan, IMHO, isn't better than Kevin Garnett in a one year exercise.

Not to save face just because it's my pick, but I think Dirk has an arguable case to that. If you're looking for defense, KG is the better choice. However, with Marc Gasol already on-board, it was a no-brainer for my co-GM and I to choose Dirk over KG. After Dirk, I can only think of one other guy who is a veteran with championship experience and can be relied on for late-game heroics.
