I would cry in joy.
Paul Pierce would finally have another ring, and wouldn't be one upped by Ray Allen who chose to leave as a FA.
PP/KG both got traded for the good of the team. As messed up as it seems, I would really cry in happiness for the both of them. They both deserve the recognition, and props. I'll never forget who they are, and I wouldn't even care if they won it as Nets with a repeat. Because to me, Paul Pierce wouldn't have won it in Boston without the hand of God. It would've been worse seeing him struggle, and not making to the 8th seed.
The real question is how does it cement their legacy?
