I think Miami (especially if they win next year) and Cleveland are the two most realistic options, but with LeBron who knows. Maybe he'll decide he wants to win a title for every franchise that hasn't won one lately or ever - start with Phoenix, Washington, Atlanta, Golden State, etc.
All kidding aside, I think there are a few other teams that could be players for LeBron's services. While unlikely, I do think we are one of maybe 10 he'd at least give more than a fleeting thought to due to 1) history and 2) Rondo. But not likely.
I think, depending on how creative some of these teams can get Golden State is a legitimate possibility
I think, depending on if they can convince another max star to join him, somewhere like ATL and WAS are possibilities. ATL may have cap room for 2 max guys and still have Horford, Millsap, Lou Williams, Schroder. WAS may be able to work Wall, Beal, Porter, Nene and add Lebron and either another max or near max, depending on how creative they get and what Wall command.
The connecting factor on why I've suggested GS, ATL and WAS are players? They have young (or younger) talent so LeBron could age better with them than if he say goes to LAL with Carmelo (cant imagine Lebron ever doing that, way too smart), same goes for trying to pull what he did in Miami again elsewhere (like say PHX or somewhere like that who has very minimal cap committments starting next year).
Finally, Dallas is always a player because of Cuban and if Dirk takes a large pay cut...but dont think signing Monta helped their cause any.
So yeah, you heard it from RLewis 35 first...you will hear of at least one of WAS, GS, or ATL being in the serious mix for LBJ next year. Probably wont' get him, but one or more of them will be invited to make a pitch.
And who knows, maybe we will too...though I highly doubt it.
