so we have AB, Lee, Brooks, and Crawford. none are really a backup point guard other than AB but i see him starting. where do you think the minutes will go and who do you get rid of to make minutes work.

personally i think crawford has the skill to a good player but he's just a... not gonna get into but i dont see him ever getting better. i like brooks and would love to develop him but lee is the better player currently. so i guess trade lee and hope crawford/brooks develops nicely or dump crawford and bass for a true backup 1

And none of them is a starting-quality shooter at this point.

I like AB and Lee, however, and think both of their offensive games will improve this year.

One of Brooks or Crawford is gone. I'd be floored if they got rid of AB or Lee.

I like Crawford's game a little bit better, but I like Marshon's attitude better. IMO, Crawford traded for a top-one-million protected second-rounder.

1) Bogans is also a SG. I don't care other wise, he's listed as a SG, even though he plays SF occasionally.

2) Lee is currently out of all the 4 in my mind, who has both the tools to really perform well if given role to sixth man minutes. His defense is on par as AB's, and has a better 3pt percent even in his worst year.

3)Brooks is the best offensive SG with the most potential. Bradley is the best defender. Bogans is the oldest, but a good locker room player. Lee is the best 3 point shooter with solid defense. And Crawford is a mix of both shooting, and good passing instincts.

4) We already have a back up PG in mind. Phil Pressey is definitely going to back up Rondo, I would say 8-12 minutes at best. Probably garbage minutes to get used to the speed of the NBA.

5) Bradley will most likely start. Lee, or Brooks will come off the bench first or second. Bogans will be the third, and Crawford will most likely be packaged. DA hasn't said anything positive about Crawford, Lee was at the training camp for youngsters, and DA said Bradley, Sully, Green and Rondo are building blocks.

6) Barbosa wants to come back so he can also fill in the back up PG.

Bradley 22-24
Lee 8-12
Bogans 6-8
Brooks 8-12

Shooting guard, power forward and center.

Bradley/Lee/Crawford/Brooks/Bogans

Bass/Sullinger/Olynyk/Humphries

Faverani/Melo/Iverson/Randolph

I predict this will be the line up.

Rondo/Pressey/
Bradley/Lee/Brooks/Bogans
Green/Wallace
Olynyk/Sullinger/Humphries
Faverani/Iverson/Sullinger

Melo will be sent to D-League where supervision will be looked upon his improvement. Depending on how he plays, next year may be his last. I see Bass, and Crawford being moved in a package deal for expiring contracts or even just 2nd rounders.

completely forgot about bogans. i just want crawford gone i think his attitude is the last thing we need in the locker room. when he got in the altercation with melo last year i had enough of him. i was pumped on the trade because it was low risk high reward but he didnt show me much. i think brooks can become a good rotation guy for us without problems.

This would be amazing. I loved Barbosa last season.

Not going to happen.

Not really to be honest. The last thing we need is someone who's coming off an ACL tear, that relied so much on his speed throughout his entire career. Whereas Rondo relied mainly on his speed, but he was intelligent, and was still able to rack up assists easily even with our aging team that can't run the fast break.

I watched the video where Barbosa is a Celtic! It was depressing, because he, Rondo, Sullinger, and Green are very close now. But we don't need someone like him, unless we can seriously clear and make some good trades, then I can see him coming back.

We have a logjam at nearly every position right now.

It's like one big logjam made out of really crappy logs no one else wanted and dumped on us, and we have to pay some of the logs tens of millions of dollars.

It's more important to have a starting-quality all around 2 guard, instead of just a shooter.

Bradley is the all around 2 guard.

I think Sully and KO start together (DA said they are complimentary pieces). Then if it's one or the other as a starter, I don't see how Sully doesn't get the nod because at this point he is more proven. I know neither Sully or KO are a typical centers but there a few teams we would have to worry about with bruising centers, even then, I think we start them both and adjust when we need to by using Vito, Humphries, or Colt. I mean, at this point I think Sully would do a better job on the bruisers than all of our other bigs! He is an underrated defender as it is... I think he can hold his own with the best of them like he did last season (his def numbers were comparable to KGs). I know he seemed horrible on defense his first few games (trust me I called him out a few times), but he improved greatly over time... he's is smart enough to figure it out and he did. KO is smart too, I think he will work hard enough to become a decent defender.

As far as our logjam, not every player plays on the team anyway so it doesn't matter... a few always have to warm the bench, what's new?
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

Bradley should be starting and the goal should be to maximize his minutes playing next to Rondo.  I don't want to see him used as the backup point guard.  I'd rather see Jordan Crawford tried in that role, although I expect Crawford to fail.

I'd be happy with moving Lee in a deal for a point guard and telling Crawford and Brooks that if they don't commit to playing defense, then Bogans will get their minutes.
