Some guy, Stevens likes.

A former college point guard, Shrewsberry was integral in Purdue's nation-leading effort in the turnover department in 2011-12. The Boilermakers averaged just 8.74 turnovers per game as a team in Shrewsberry's first season in West Lafayette, the sixth-lowest in the NCAA since the organization began tracking the stat in 1993.

From the above, I'd say a developmental coach to work on ball handling, passing, and turnover prevention.
