Does anyone know where I can buy cheese in bulk?

Have any of you done this?  I need to know the best way to acquire a large amount of cheese and have it shipped to LA. Could get expensive.

Ok that's pretty helpful. That's a good start. I wonder if there are certain types that ship better or keep better. I've never tried this.

Maybe I don't have to ship it. Maybe I can just buy it from a dealer in LA and have it delivered kind of like flowers. Seems a little more practical. Possibly hire a driver to get it.  Has anyone tried that?

Oh, I also bet that any cheese is shipped in a refrigerated unit and probably all keeps just fine. I doubt any dairy product is shipped in a hot environment.
