He was a PF in college and has moved UP to center. That is so rare in the college to NBA transition. Usually college centers turn into NBA power forwards.

Give the three of them around 30 minutes each. Al Horford a bit more, say 36 minutes. Then 30 apiece for Millsap and Asik. Move Horford between the PF position in a top notch defensive + rebounding unit to center in a much more skilled offensive lineup.
I don't understand the Asik/Lin trade rumors from Atlanta's perspective. Seems like a lot of effort dismantling their roster to get back exactly where they started.
