I think this eliminates Josh Smith from returning to Atlanta and also probably eliminates Asik from being traded for Smith.

I bet Asik goes to New Orleans for Ryan Anderson. Where Josh Smith goes is a mystery to me.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

I'm a little confused and any help would be great,

Millsap (who we supposedly targeted) signs 2/19$ mil (9,5 a year)

Big Al signs 3/ $41 mil (3rd year option)

Iggy signs 4 year/ $48 mil ($12/ year)

Tyreke Evans (another danny target) gets 4/ $44 mil

OJ Mayo (almost traded for ray) 3/ $24 mil

At this rate Josh Smith (regardless of if you want him) will likely not go for max money.

My point is these contracts seem like bargains considering what the market was saying they would get. Are we completely staying away from FA's or am I just missing the value on these guys?

Although Iggy would have caused spacing issues, Mayo, Big Al, or Evans would have been nice.
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.
