Yes, but I think he can also really help the development of theses kids. I mean he lead a small school to two straight Championship games .

I think he has a chance to be a special coach ....

The problem is, that Brad Stevens is actually a great coach by all accounts despite his age. He's no patsy.

He could very easily end up like Mike Dunlap.

I'm a fan of Stevens, though.  Really excited to see what he brings to the table.

Traditionally college coaches making the jump to the pros rarely work out. I loved Stevens at Butler but I'm very skeptical on this hire... I know the C's are tanking this season regardless, but when we mold back a contender again, can he truly take us to a championship?

only 36 years old, however has coached butler to two final fours. sounds like a [dang] good college coach, but will he develop players here? we will see.

Boston has put a greater premium on analytics and coaching, and Brad Stevens had incorporated them in major way at Butler.
