Ever see that dude at the party who's just pleased as heck to have been invited? Dude looks like that in the Vid. He's not all smiles though ...he's a bruiser. A Big man who seeks hard contact. I know his weaknesses have been covered but if this kid can come in when somebody is driving reatedly and put a big body right on him and eat the fouls because that's his job at first...man it should be fun to watch. Love this kid.

I think Fab gets the door and this kid takes his place or is on the squad as a backup. One of the benefits of rebuilding is we are gonna see this kid sooner than later. The first time somebody bounces off him and then off the floor...I'm gonna feel a little better about all this.

I seriously doubt it. He's late second rd pick in a weak draft for a reason. Hopefully, I'm wrong, but in all likelihood he plays overseas this season and stays there for a good majority of his career.

Just based on the fact that the center position is the one where we have the biggest hole, I wouldn't be surprised if Colton made the roster.
DKC Seventy-Sixers:

PG: G. Hill/D. Schroder
SG: C. Lee/B. Hield/T. Luwawu
SF:  Giannis/J. Lamb/M. Kuzminskas
PF:  E. Ilyasova/J. Jerebko/R. Christmas
C:    N. Vucevic/K. Olynyk/E. Davis/C. Jefferson

This.

If there was EVER a time in the recent history of the Celtics, it would be now. I clearly remember folks bashing Sully in his first games with minutes and they were justifiably all over his messed up rotations. He got comfy and started throwin' his bubble butt around and folks could see what it was that Danny and CO. Did. (Post op worries warranted but my point is he showed exactly why he was chosen)

They think this guy could be a bruiser that they will need at a time when the exact nature of the offense is still not clear. Can always use a bruiser who can finish at the basket. He genuinely looks thrilled to be here in that role. If Kelly and Sully become complimentary sets...which they should...this guy off the bench to put 4 hard ones on the other side before learning to hone other skills will be a thrill to watch. I'm one of those guys that watched us get sliced down the middle with nobody seeming to want contact.....I will love to watch a guy look for that contact. ;D

we're keeping him based solely on danny's 2nd round record

@ 1:05 of the vid right after they asked him what his goals are the sound...went dead for 2 seconds ??? I think he said I wanna stack my opponents bodies like cordwood and dance around them like a giant crazy Leprechaun

I think that's too long to fit the audio gap but he did say he wants to set screens....screens that feel like brick walls.

We know we will see him in Summer blowing an assignment....if we see him dropping some 6ft 7 235lb man like a sack a rocks...I'm gonna be fine. I'll actually be whoopin it up way too much .

I think he got bleeped, but I don't know what he said...can't read lips.

I also hope he is good enough to make the team. The C's need a bruiser and having one who isn't a complete stiff is a bonus.

I watched a couple of videos of this cat and I like what I've seen. He does seem to be a bruiser which is what I would love to have on this team. He's not afraid to use his body, he attacks tha basket, has great mobility for his size, and he can knock down shots. He would be good against opposing bigs that can step out and shoot.

I would like to how he would work against tha likes of Hibbert and Howard tho. But I like this dude. I like both of our new bigs and I think they could fit in nicely here. I'm optimistic about them. Their both 7 footers. What's not to like about that? Now we have 3 7 footers. I hope Fab is working on his game and develops sooner than what we think he will because I would like to see him stay. I still have high hopes for him.
