I was shocked by how entertaining Simmons was throughout the draft. I feel like he is figuring this out.Even his response after Doc's clip was excellent.I have long found Simmons' writing funny, but his analysis shallow. Tonight I gained new respect for him as he brought a lot of energy and relevant opinions to the broadcast.

From the shock of Bennett going #1 to the angry/mournful/constipated face he made when Broussard confirmed the trade, it at least seemed genuine, which is a lot better than the typical glossy sterile nonsense we usually get.
