Brooklyn would be a title contender with KG there instead of Humphries.

I think they could talk Garnett into it. Probably be some resistance at first but, if they persist, I think they'll convince him to join.

G - Deron Williams
G - Joe Johnson
F - Gerald Wallace
F - Kevin Garnett
C - Brook Lopez
It'd be an interesting team.  I think they underachieved a bit last year.  I think Danny might at least consider Humphries, Brooks, and a first.  It's not great, but Humphries does expire this year too, so no long term damage done, and you would get a first out of it.  There aren't a lot of options when it comes to sending KG out, at least right now (at mid-season, maybe some team will think they're a KG away from contending.)  Which teams might he consent to being traded to?  Brooklyn might be a stretch.  OKC seems the best fit, but it just doesn't seem like a Presti move, grabbing a guy with such a short shelf-life.

i would do it if we receive enough picks, a unprotected pick in 2016-18 that could be rolled over plus dumping bass or terry would interest me also i would be trying to add brooks or Shengelia in the trade

Brooklyn's biggest selling points is an owner who literally has no end of wealth, a metropolitan lifestyle, and the "opportunity" to win. Let's face it though. KG definitely doesn't give a [dang] to the first point, and probably doesn't care about the second point, either. And in all seriousness, even with KG, that roster is not a title contender. That team is not getting past the Heat.

I am more intrigued by Mirza Teletovic than Marshon Brooks.

Humphries and a 1st would be enough for me.

Same here. Maybe they can also throw in either Brooks and/or Evans and maybe we can dump either Terry or Lee.

KG and Terry for Evans, Humph and Brooks checks out.

That way, Celts get a young asset, expiring contract, draft pick and veteran big on the cheap.

Was going to post make them take back Terry or Lee or Both too.

Perfect.  If they're desperate / deluded enough to take Terry off our hands, so much the better.

Not enough coming back the Celts way, IMO.

I think we can do better, both for ourselves and for KG, but the fact that teams are asking is a great thing. Maybe a bidding war will start.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

If Rondo, Allen, Pierce, Bass and KG got to a game 7, Deron, JJ, Wallace, KG, Lopez can do the same or even beat them. Brooks, Evans and CJ Watson aren't slouches either.

Nope. Only teams that KG will drop his NTC for will bid. And that number is 2-3 teams max

Honestly at this point I would rather keep KG for next year than trade for hump and a pick.  Since the talks for Josh Smith I have been liking the lineup of:

rondo
jj redick
j green
josh smith
kg

Not a true contender but a team that can be a thorn in the side of the contenders and be fun to watch.
