I don't think they have much that we should want. Marshon Brooks and Kris Humphries are not worth it.

I would imagine any package would involve some or all of Humphries, Brooks, and draft picks. No thanks.

The first thing is, would be KG be interested? I doubt it and to play for Kidd?

an unprotected Nets first rounder may be intriguing though, because of the chance they may implode at any time.

That's the real question. I know KG is glad he has a say so in where he plays.

Not to pick on the Nets but they made their bed last year with all of their win-now moves. They built their team around DWill and they don't have a heck of a lot of assets outside of the guys that would have to stay for a KG trade to make sense.

KG is a smart man. Brooklyn is a no-win situation. I don't think KG will drop his NTC for them.

Three way deal with NO for Gordon maybe?

KG to Nets.

Humphries and Bradley to NO.

Gordon to Boston.

Sadly that's not available for a while, as the Hawks can swap firsts with the Nets through 2015.  Sure there's the possibility that they pick 1-2, I suppose, but otherwise you'd have to wait til 2016 at the earliest.

That's one hell of a trade for the Nets...basically getting KG for Humphries.  ;)

Brooklyn would be a title contender with KG there instead of Humphries.

I think they could talk Garnett into it. Probably be some resistance at first but, if they persist, I think they'll convince him to join.

G - Deron Williams
G - Joe Johnson
F - Gerald Wallace
F - Kevin Garnett
C - Brook Lopez

KG and Pierce to Golden State. Good coach, good team, and close to home.
