nvm, it´s late over here
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

I just wanted a rebounder. We dont need another C who can shoot but cant rebound...Sounds like a Bargnani but with less skill
I'm not thrilled with Olynyk, but he was the most efficient player in college last year and according to scouting reports the most offensively polished big man. Dude can score down low. It's been a while since the C's had a guy who could score efficiently down low. Might not be the greatest defensively, but time will tell how he'll turn out. Let's see him play first before we call him a bust. If he turns out to be a solid rotation big, that's pretty good for this draft imo.

Rotation big is great, but I am upset about losing those 2nd round picks we could have used next year for one thing or another. I still think he would have been there at 16.

But isnt Sullinger our man down low? He can pound and rebound..Olynyk cant really pound (from what I saw, more finesse) and isnt known for his rebound.

Anyone think we can finagle something for Ledo?
I see where you coming from. And you might be right. But we dont really know if any other team was after him either. Also, it's 2 2nd round picks, not 1st rounders. Even in a loaded draft, the you'd be lucky to get solid contributors in the 2nd round.

Time will tell i guess. Who knows what else DA has up his sleeve at this point.

And if we get a 1st from BKN in 2014, we don't need two 2nds, too.

If you know what you want, get it.  I'm cool with that.

^Trade them for a future 1st. In a draft this hyped, someone would want it

Danny adressed the media and said theyre looking for a 2nd rounder...Lets hope we can get Ledo.

have to admit I think the draft trade is horrible value -- O would have still been there at 16 and we could have kept those picks for next year.  Not thrilled with picking O anyways.

the proposed deal with Brooklyn is just god awful in spite of the picks.  not seeing the appeal at all.

Really like the Utah/Minny deal for both teams.  Utah gets the PG they need and Minny gets a solid defensive backup center and a needed scorer in Shabazz.  I really like it for both of them

Last pick ever for David Stern. Gets a standing ovation from the crowd. Fitting.

I'm back.  Heavy site traffic & a beach volleyball game kept me from updating the big board.

I'll get to work updating ASAP.

Good value in the 2nd round right now. I don't know what we'd give up (cash? Melo?) but Franklin, Ledo, Pierre Jackson, Rice, Withey, Wolters, Abrines, Leslie all could be worth a flyer...
