actually a good looking deal all around except for Boston. I dont think getting Humphries is really what youre looking for from KG but the bulls and nets would love it
Bulls get a PF they can have for a year that then goes away when Mirotic comes over
Nets get a better player the only way they can since they have no cap room anyway
CB Draft: Golden State Warriors - 14.23
PG: Bledsoe/Lin/ Harris
SG: Beal/ Henderson/ Ingram
SF: Winslow/McDermott/
PF: Turner/ Acy / Hernangomez
C: Adams/ Turner/ McRoberts

Charlotte's pick owned by Chicago (Tyrus Thomas) is  top ten protected in 2014

This is all about getting the Charlotte pick. Top 10 protected for next year. Top 8 protected in 2015. Unprotected in 2016.

An expiring and a potential lotto pick for KG? Easy yes for the Celtics.

Side note, Garnett and Noah would be the scariest frontcourt duo in the league.

No.

.... :-\ Yeah it would really suck if we were unable to get DeAndre Jordan for Kevin Garnett. An overpaid, horrible Center is just what the Celtics need for their future.

I would love watching KG with Noah.  That team then would have a serious chance to knock off the heat.  I would be happy to see KG get a serious shot at a ring.

So you don't understand that the 2014 1st round pick from Charlotte would likely be a very high lottery pick in an excellent draft?  I would certainly consider that deal depending on how long KH's contract runs.

Humphries expires after next season.

  • We may as well put Tyrion in at center.
I think that this is a really good idea. TP.

KG with the Bulls is perfect for them. He provides another offensive weapon, stretches the floor, and only adds to their already terrific defense. I would love watching them play.

I think we could find a better 3rd team trade partner than the Nets, though. We should try to get some young players rather than an expiring contract in Humphries.
I like Marcus Smart

See I don't think anyone else is willing to take on that Boozer contract.

And moving that Boozer contract would be the only reason the Bulls move the Charlotte pick.

I honestly think this is the best trade we could pull off.

Hm, could you replace Humphries with someone else?

I dont think so.

The Nets would probably only take on Boozer if they were able to give up Humphries salary.

You really think we could get more for KG than a potential lotto pick? This proposed deal here is easily much better than the Clippers deal
