No worries at all about this signing.  One huge positive is that we'll hear less about Tim Tebow if he's a Pariot than if he were anywhere else.

If Tebow is here, it has to be because he understands that he is not fighting for a QB job.  Logic states that if Brady and Mallet go down that Tebow would have a chance to get a few snaps (especially if Pats carry only 2 QBs), but if he's in NE then I beleive it means he accepts that his future playing time in the NFL is as a TE or back.

I'm not worried about the whole Christian circus thing in New England at all. I mean it's New England. Who would show up? Secular humanists from Harvard and UMass?

Well, I guess all those people at the community pool that they give me so much grief about my Patriots Ts that I wear to the pool, who also are Gators fans, are going to start loving those T-shirts!!!!

Okay, so......what is your reaction, sir, if Belichick converts Tebow into a H-back wing, ala Aaron Hernandez, and Tebow stars in that role with almost never throwing a pass unless its a TD to Brady and never receiving a TD pass unless its from Brady?

Does this prove that Tebow was just a great football player and just not a great QB or does it just confirm Tebow's greatness that he could go on to star at a position he didn't learn growing up?

Wow!!! Just realized what a dumb question that was. ;) :D ;D

I think we already know your answer!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Wellllll....without agreeing to the premise let me just begin by admitting to a tremendous bias for Tebow at least until he gets caught in some sort of combo Paterno/Kidd/Irving/Armstrong scandal.

I think we should allow Tebow himself to answer these questions at his HOF ceremony.

The first thing that happens here is Gronk finds Jesus and Tebow heals his arm and back. People won't be laughing about Tebow quite as much after that.  Then good ole buddy Brandon Spikes gets his head on straight and all those Rutgers kids learn to read and write.  I'm telling you this can work out.

There are tweets attempting to confirm that the Archangel Gabriele came to Bill in a dream and said something to the extent of "You shall sign a back up QB and you shall call him Tim."

To which Bill replied "Tim Hasselbeck has a good gig and Tim Wakefield is way too old to make such a transition. It is what it is."

To which the Archangel slapped him silly and said "Not that Tim you idiot" and Bill had an epiphany.

If he starts catching 10-15 TDs with over 1100 yds a year for the next 4 to 5 years and helps bring another championship to New England, I will drive him to Canton myself.

Are you attempting to sully the prestigious reputation of such a fine institution for higher learning as Rutgers University or are you just calling these guys dumb?

The only schools I usually sully are Ohio State, Liberty "University" and Bob Jones "University".  After the PSU thing I slowed down on sullying Ohio State.  Technically it remains to be seen if these guys are smart enough to pick up coverages and whatnot. The Devin McCourty experience has had ups and downs.

Are you saying that Christian universities aren't, or can't be, legitimate institutions of higher learning? Or do you just have issues with these two particular schools?
There are two kinds of people: those who say to God, 'Thy will be done,' and those to whom God says, 'All right, then, have it your way.'
