A contender where you'll be in the D-League?
A lottery team where you'll be a big piece?

LA Lakers, Knicks, Bulls or Celtics.

I would want to live in a sweet city and I feel like as a 20-something single dude (the age of a draft prospect) I would have quite a fun time in those places. Also gain a lot of notoriety if I did well.

This year?  The Cavs.  They'd pay me the most money, and I'd get a chance to play with a budding superstar in Kyrie Irving.

After they choose to resign between Irving, Waiters, Zeller, Thompson.... you'll get 0 dollars.

Plus, Cleveland may be boring!

Said this before in other threads that asked this question, but my answer is the Spurs, and always will be so long as Popovich is coaching that team.

Why wouldn't you want to play for the best coach in the league who's more than willing to integrate talented young players who work hard?  Especially considering he coaches the most consistently successful team in the league?

Besides the Celtics? Toronto. I'd speak Lithuanian with Jonas and Linas and go with Jonas on vacation to his home town of Utena.  Introduce him to my mother in law.  It would be funny how his head would hit the ceiling. Then we'd form a D Wade/Lebron mafia thing and go to a team and bring in Thomas Dimsa and Donatas Mo and bring in Arvydas as our coach.  Bring in AK47, Shved,  and Andris Biedrins so we could make fun of them. Wear Soviet hockey jerseys just to freak people out. Lietuva forever!

Lakers.  Because I suck at basketball and would actively hurt their team.

As a prospect good enough to be drafted #1, I'd feel confident in my ability to beat out Waiters, Thompson, and Zeller.
