Trade Eric Bledsoe and the #16 pick to Utah for Big Al Jefferson and the #14 pick.

yea need to match salaries in a trade
Sorry I totally forgot to include Butler. C's would send one of Terry, Bass or Lee to LAC for Butler in the KG trade. Then C's send Butler, Bledsoe and #16 for Big Al (assuming he isn't coming in at 15m a year) and #14. Butler is expiring and helps at their other position of need SF.
I agree with this pipe dream... it would definitely be nice if we could just flip our trash for elite stars.
Hey I like to dream big. And every single one of those trades have been mentioned in some form or another in the last year. Bledsoe and filler for Millsap or Big Al was a trade deadline rumor. Gordon for Pierce and Bradley is the new rumor. And then there is the old KG and PP for Jordan and Bledsoe rumor. The only one that wasn't is the Atlanta trade and i acknowledged I wasn't sure if they'd take it.
And also I don't consider Pierce, KG and Bradley our "trash".
first i dont think these trades are plausible and for a defensive minded team i dont think this team will excel. not enough floor spacing for the big men to work in the post. Al jefferson is a great scorer but teams would throw the double at him with our lack of perimeter shooting
Again plausible or not they've all been mentioned as trade possibilities at some point. And this would be a total overhaul of our roster and we wouldn't be the same defensive minded team. We would be a high scoring offense with Gordon and Green providing the spacing and hopefully Josh Smith's great D making up for Al's deficiencies.
Like I said at the end I don't think Big Al is the perfect fit, but I think Utah would love Bledsoe. I mentioned some other options with Gortat being the most realistic and then Cousins or Noel being pipe dreams, but if the Big Al deal is the only part you have a problem with then feel free to make an alternative suggestion.
