who would you prefer to win the upcoming draft lottery?

Personally, I'd like to see Minny win it.  They've never had the #1 despite all the years of being a lottery team. 
Detroit, Sac, Dallas and Utah already have decent building blocks and have had better success in the regular season so I don't feel as badly for them. 
Charlotte shouldn't be allowed to win it since they'll always be a lottery team while MJ is running it. 
I also don't want Phx to win just because they're a cheaply run franchise.  No rewards for going for profit over a having a good team

I don't really care, but I think it would be kind of cool if Toronto wins the next one.

my thinking towards the teams that have won it in the past is that they've already had their shot at it so I don't feel compelled to see them get it again.  In Orlando's case, they've hit the jackpot 3 times and each time in a year with a franchise player: Shaq, Webber (who was traded for a Penny -- my favorite line.  still puts a smile on my face) and Dwight.

Cleveland has gotten Brad Daugherty, Lebron and Kyrie.  enough for them already.

Portland has had Walton (predraft I know but still) and Oden.  Throw in Bowie at #2 and despite their health problems with those guys, I think they've been fortunate enough.

Seriously, I want Sacramento or Portland to win it. Curious to watch them bring back that late 90s team that starred Chris Webber and Divac for the Kings and that Blazers team that had Rasheed, Jermaine and Arvydas.

I don't want to see any of the teams who have won a #1 pick in recent years get another one. Washington with John Wall. Cleveland with Kyrie Irving. New Orleans with Anthony Davis. This whole sucking for multiple years and trying to be bad for years after getting a top pick gets on my nerves. It's the best way forward with this system but is ... unpleasant. I don't like it being rewarded.

I don't really like the way Charlotte and Orlando tore apart their teams to become the worst teams in the league. I'd rather they miss out on it too.

So I guess that leaves Phoenix, by default, out of the bottom ranking teams.

I gave my vote to Washington. They had a pretty stellar run when Wall came back. Add a number one overall pick to the mix over there and they could see the playoffs next year.
