Hawks have got it to 9 after being down almost 20 in the third.

Still 6 plus minutes left in that one.

Oh well, I thought they would win tonight.  This is a below-average team so it's not surprising they're playing below-average but it's surprising they're playing so below-average.  Oh well, now it's on Ainge to try to build a winning club for the first time without a gift trade like KG.  My guess is that KG retires and Pierce's option doesn't get picked up.  My wish is that Ainge and Doc also both don't return.  I think both Doc and Ainge blow really hard.

Fitting way to end the series.

With all the various excuses one can make aside, the big 3 era has been unbelievably bad at in showing up in big playoff games since 2008.

You can thank Doc rivers for that.  He's, once again, burned this candle to the ground and makes no adjustments.  PP had nothing and he's till in their while scorers sit on the bench.  HORRIFIC COACHING!  And Jeff Green is garbage, I'd trade that bum today.

Did playing 44 minutes last game hurt Paul? This has to be if not one of possibly the worse playoff game of his career.

It's just not their season...again.

I've enjoyed watching kg and pierce, but the last two seasons have been a complete waste of time.  Next year should be our long-delayed return to complete irrelevance ... Let's try to pick up some young assets and tank for a proper superstar successor to Garnett.
Easy to say in hindsight.  But life don't work that way.  I've enjoyed following this team for as long as its home.  But yeah, the end has come.

so much negativity in this thread. check yourselves. there's a whole quarter left.

OF COURSE, there is negativity - this may be the worst playoff performance in Celtic history.

Gettin it handed to em at home smh. I would have rather lost in NY than on my home court. They all look like they've been sleepwalking the entire game. KG is the only one who brought his usual energy. Just an embarrassing way to go out.

If the Clippers lose to my Grizz, tonight, I bet they discuss DeAndre Jordan again.

The season, and the KG-PP era, is over.

It's been an amazing run.  :-[ sad it's done but it lasted way longer then I thought.

Even though we lost in the first round, we showed heart. Could have folded like the lakers and gotten swept. Instead we made the Knicks give it everything they had to close us out.
