This will be a sad quarter.

Now that I know that this game is over, I'm going to try to savor these last 12 minutes with PP and KG as Celtics, as it may be their last.  No matter how poorly PP played tonight and for much of the series, I am loyal as a dog to this guy.  Nothin but love, respect, and appreciation.  Truth for life.

Is Doc serious with this line-up?
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Always wanted JR Smith on this team, not so much after this series.

Quote from the Game 5 thread ......

"Great win, and great effort by the team.  They poured everything they had into this game."

they have nothing left - there is physical energy and then there is emotional energy and then there is also mental energy. when you have such a small margin for error the way this Celtics team does, you have to focus all the time, no letups to play well.

Game 5, Pierce 44 minutes and we are seeing the result tonite.
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

If the BUlls without Rose, Hinrich, and Deng can put together a competitive performance why can't we?

Oh wait.....they have a coach who does more than "motivate"
