Even with Rondo this offense has been terrible for a long time.  This team also hasn't been able to rebound for a long time.  There's been a lot of time to try to address this.

Well, I ain't even mad at the Knucklebockers sweeping us... what kills me is KG could be retiring like this.

4AM here, but I'll still watch this to root for Garnett and the Cs

Hats off to the Knicks

The absolute better team

They've improved a ton on the defensive end

They've been contesting the ball every possession, and getting their hands on a ton of them
Yup

JR Smith is so overrated, he is a streak shooter on a hot streak, if he wasn't making so many difficult shots right now Knicks fans would still be wanting him traded.

Really it was over in 10. Bad luck in 9 (KG), ran out of gas in the stretch (5 minutes of TA might have saved it).

Since then, been running on duct tape and bag balm. Team lacks a go-to guy to drive the engine.  Gotta love PP but he needs to be like Kidd, a 2nd banana.  JG aint got it.  And, moan as you want about Rondo, he aint got it for the simple fact the he cant reliably hit that outside shot.  Which means the Cs have a long road to travel.

I don't think I've ever seen a Celtics team in the KG/Big 3 era just give up before until tonight.
This team has no toughness, no effort, no heart, no grit and balls, and etc.
While they weren't the better team in some of the past series, they would at least defy the odds and push teams to the limit and down swinging while doing it. Last years team had players injured left and right and the bench was just a mess yet they displayed more than this.
I would have rather them miss the playoffs than to see this.
