That shot by Craw is the type of shot that JR Smith would hit on us lol

Been tough to watch so far.

Pierce sloppy.  Knicks D has been good.

Big shot by Crawford.  Need someone to heat up.

  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.
I think with our offense stinking, the best way would be just go at it like the old We Believe Warriors, shoot it no matter what.

Play crazy good defense, then just shoot it if it's within range and has space too.

Bad start. They are playing nervous. Look overwhelmed.

The Celtics are by and large a young, inexperienced team in the playoffs.  The Knicks have tons of playoff experience on that roster.  Not to mention Prigioni who has lots of experience overseas.

The Knicks have the edge in composure, and it shows.

That's the truth. Prigioni was useless 2 years ago in the Spanish League and now him and Felton are outplaying our guards... that's unacceptable and if Prigioni and Felton, let alone 40-year old Kidd are winning the guard battle, you're in deep trouble.

We need some good play from Lee and Crawkward.

Go Celtics!

Sloppy turnover for Pierce to say the least but still good work drawing the O Foul straight after. Pierce needs to get going soon...

Rondo's ability to orchestrate and facilitate the half court offense and have his offense end up shooting at a high percentage, is what this team so desperately needs. Rondo is the best floor general in the league. You need a player like that in the slow it down, half court, tough it out world of the NBA playoffs.

I think it is mostly the absence of dribble penetration.

Nobody who can get inside a set defense and force the Knicks team defense off balance.
That's one way. The other is that Rondo would push the pace when needed and hold back when needed and dictate pace of the game. A lot of these awkward fast break misses would probably be converted with a proper ball handler that can penetrate or pull up or dish before the defense can even get set. Celtics have been most effect in this series when they can do this but without the proper ball handler and penetrator and facilitator, its tough to continue for a whole game.

Don't forget Rondo's ability to get 10 rebounds.
