Bah. Pretty sure that's game.

One more quarter to go.

Weird game tonight.  Two of the all-timers, Lebron and Duncan, are both 3-13 from the field while Chalmers and Green lead their respective team in points with 17.

As annoying as Chalmers is, he's not a bad player.  A nifty finisher, very good shooter, solid passer and ballhandler.  I can't believe Ainge chose Giddens over him.  Nice going Ainge.

You really have an axe to grind with Ainge and Doc, don't you?

I would like to see San Antonio run Gary Neal off some screens with Mike Miller defending him. I think Neal is too quick and agile for Miller to keep up with him. And I think Neal is a good enough catch and shoot shot maker to punish Miller.

I sure hope the next game is more exciting than this.

Basically, the Spurs are daring the Heat role players to make outside shots and they are making them.

Couple that with Spurs ball-handlers messing up and the Heat are up by a lot.  Boring.

Crazy run here by Miami. Has really turned the game on it's head.

Yeh but it looked to me like the Spurs were "keeping up" all the time, by trying very hard. They seem a bit tired. Doubt they'll overcome.

The Spurs' gameplan is going to result in times like this.

They swarm LeBron to force the role players to make shots.  When the role players make shots, the Heat will go on big runs.

30-5 run.

Oddly reminiscent of Celtics vs. Thunder the game before last year's All-Star break.

Still can't forget that game; we let OKC go on a 30-3 run

One hell of a sequence for LeBron there.

Question: was Hibbert's block on Carmelo better than LeBron on Splitter?

I'm seriously debating this.

Teams with an athletic superstar and complementary shooters against older teams that rely on execution and discipline.  Good parallel.

Let's hope Game 3 is more entertaining.

Still believe the Spurs can do this in 6.
