BTW is anybody at all surprised that Chris Bosh wound up being one of those big men who made a couple 3s and fell in love with the shot despite having no business shooting it regularly?  He may never post up again.

Not surprised at all.  Bosh is way too content to be on the periphery of things, literally and figuratively.

As Celtics fans we have to be careful about criticizing opposing big men for drifting out to the perimeter too much despite having the size and talent to score more inside, since our own beloved KG has had that issue to some extent.  Many non-Celtics fans would probably say KG fell in love with his jumper too much, too.

That is unequivocably the case.  But I do think a fair criticism of KG is that he's fallen in love with his jumper a bit too much as his career has progressed.  Whereas I look at a guy like Tim Duncan and I think man, how good could KG have been if he learned the fundamentals like Duncan did and worked his game inside more?

And KG posted up quite a bit during our run last year.  I'd also say a midrange jumper for a big man is usually a better approach than chucking 3s.  It is a fair criticism, though.

Speaking of KG, i think he should get more touches in our offence, he shouldn't be an afterthought when shot lock runs downs. more like Duncan.

Would still rather have him in the post more playing the inside out game or running a pick and roll play but since KGs knee injury, he just hasn't been doing that as much.

Can't he do some of both? KG is deadly anywhere within the three-point line, whether it be screens, shots or rebounds.
