I like how West sees LeBron flop and immediately breaks out the counterflop.  Ladies and gentlemen, the 2013 NBA!

I bet Memphis really wishes they kept Rudy Gay
They SORELY missed a one on one off the dribble scorer

San Antonio has the size to neutralize Indiana's big men on the block and on the boards.  From there, San Antonio's just better.
True that.

My money is still on the Heat, but my heart is with the Spurs.

Funny, 'cuz I used to really dislike them.
Ya know, that's kind of funny.  The longer I have been a Celtics fan, the less I hate the other teams...even the Lakers.  I have just become a fan of good basketball.  Some of my favorite memories were watching (or listening to) Celtics/Lakers games...so how can you hate that?  (But still love the Celtics most!)

The hate between the two teams have softened lately imo. But of course, living in LA, I get the glares from Laker fans. But I'd usually bring up things to down on the Lakers  ;D.

I do see some Heat fans here and there in LA, particularly guys wearing the #6 jersey. That's when they get my attention!
The hate still exists...to the point I have not been to a game here in Florida yet.  Heat and Magic fans are not shy telling you what they think of you when they find out you are a Celtics fan.  I happen to feel the hate is overdone and misplaced.  But it is effective enough to keep me away.
Yesterday is history.
Tomorrow is a mystery.
Today is a gift...
That is why it is called the present.

Yep.  The (semi-)rare "double flop".

I believe that is actually known as the "flopino effect", where one flop directly leads to another.  We had a great classic double-flop earlier in the playoffs:

Now I want to start a flopping dictionary.  Of course if the Spurs play the Heat it'd probably have to be totally rewritten afterward to accommodate all the emergent flopping.  Every contested rebound's gonna end up looking like the last half of a Harlem Shake video at a vertigo clinic.

George got whacked in the face by Battier.

Of all the great plays by the Pacers, they show Chalmers flopping.

Pacers should be up by more. Only a matter of time!

The Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline. eating grin after Chalmers got up after that *questionable* fall is what irked me.

Holy smokes George and Hibbert...

And people wonder why we didn't get "Birdman"? Imagine this without the coddling the Heat get from the refs.

Wow, all of the Pacers' points so far from two players

  • Everyone's excited for the new era.
What should happen: Birdman gets ejected.

What will happen: double techs.

Ugh.

Ugh.

If he were on the Celtics, they'd eject 3 of our players for being in the vicinity of the play without hesitation.
