I have so much respect for the Bulls. That team is injured from top to bottom yet they went to win that series. I used to not like Noah until I realized he reminds me of KG a bit.
They won't beat the Heat, but I bet they will give everything they have and go down fighting.

Joey "Hitman" Crawford is doing work. Tosses CP3 (Gasol really sold that hit), then tosses Zach Randolph a few seconds later.

I heard Marc Gasol is still playing with an abdominal tear, which if true means CP3 took a cheapshot.

For once I agree with the officials.

There was definitely some unnecessary contact.

He always seems so chippy and whiny. Flops and throws cheap shots. If you want dirty players, don't look in Boston, there's at least one in L.A. and at least another in Miami.
I agree with this. I wonder will ESPN talk about this like they do other Celtics players.

Something about Brooklyn has rubbed me the wrong way all year, even though I don't really dislike any of their players (don't really like any but Wallace either).  Couldn't put my finger on it, though.

But it hit me watching this game - they don't really seem to like each other, or playing together.  It's like a fantasy team brought to life, just a bunch of individuals who happen to be wearing the same shirts.  Such a lukewarm bunch.

Agreed, that team lacked chemistry, lacked that "it factor". I think they fired Avery Johnson too quickly.

I'm not a PJ Carlisimo hater, but that guy ain't creme of the crop as far as NBA head coaches go.

Anyone think Memphis has a decent shot at beating the Heat?

(If they can make it past Stern's cronies that is)

Did you forget they have to beat OKC and GSW/SAS first?

The only Knicks' player that is younger than 27 is Iman Shumpert; The only Pacers' player that is older than 27 is David West.

Zach Randolph has been stellar in the playoffs so far. 21ppg on 61% TS%.

He is scoring the ball even better than he was two years ago.

OKC should start Kevin Martin in this series. The Grizzlies have very little scoring on the wings with Tony Allen and Tayshaun Prince. Not much value in a stopper like Thabo out there and the Thunder are desperate for a 2nd scoring option alongside Durant with Westbrook out.

Nick Collison should have a big role too. I think they will need 28-32 minutes a night from him in this series. They need his quick feet and physicality defensively. Plus his passing on offense from the high post.

Big shot by Derek Fisher. Amazing that he is still making shots like this in the playoffs.

Perk with two big defensive plays to get OKC back to back defensive stops. Two point game with four minutes remaining. Looks like it'll be a good finish.

Oh boy, what a shot by Durant. A step back 22 footer with Tayshaun Prince's hand right in his face out of an isolation. Nothing but net. Wow.

How do you stop that? You can't. Amazing performance here. Three big buckets in the last couple of minutes from Durant.
