Danny Ainge recently traveled to Greece to scout Giannis Adetokunbo, a 6-foot-10 point guard who plays for Filathlitikos in the Greek A2 League.

With Ainge looking on, Adetokunbo scored 19 points, grabbed 9 rebounds and recorded 2 steals in the championship round of the Greek League.

Afterwards, Ainge was quoted by Greek media as saying Adetokundo reminded him of a young Scottie Pippen.

Maybe Danny's strategy this year is to find five guys to plump to the press in such a fashion that they rise up the board--and who he really wants falls to the C's pick.  ;D

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
You're bugging out if you think he's going to play point guard in the NBA.  He's going to be a small forward. I'm happy that Ainge is looking at a high-upside guy like this regardless of positional needs.

He travels a lot in that video

and he dribbles way way too high to play point in the nba. good defenders will take the ball from him. agree that sf is the more likely position. but even then, with his height he could post up almost every sf in the nba.

admittedly in the video the guy faced only matador defenses, but he was fun to watch.

could not tell if he plays defense or has much of an outside shot.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
