I think a more realistic trade idea, if Ainge doesn't like anyone, would be trading down for a later first-round pick and a future second, then dealing that later first-round pick so that you drop out of the first completely, picking up a pick in the first half of the second round of 2013, plus another second-round pick.
The Timberwolves have two first round picks and two seconds. Maybe they would be interested in moving up from the Grizzlies pick for the price of a second-round pick this year (they have Brooklyn's and OKC's, but not their own, last I checked) and a future one (they seem to have two in 2014 and 2015). They have 11 players under contract (including Brandon Roy) for next season, plus a team option on Dante Cunningham, plus a player option for Kirilenko, plus Pekovic and Chase Budinger as free agents with Bird rights, so I can't imagine them having room for all those draft picks, though they can certainly go the Euro-stash route.
