man if ny had chandler and amare..we would be DOUBLE-Toast..!

Did you get to see the game the other night? Down about 25, Doc put White and Randolph in. Celtics come roaring back. In 7 minutes Whites has 4 pts, 2 rebounds, and 4 blocks. Randolph had 2 points,4 rebounds, and 1 block. Could of had more points but missed a couple fts.
no..i wish i saw that....they should be in now....the way he has the ones out there..we have little chance to win this way....i would give them a few to see....they are HUNGRY too.....they will dig in..!

true, but novak is preety easy to deny the ball from....he is no ray allen.....he moves little, he can basically just shoot a 3....with little movement....i know, he did that fake.....but just in his face....he has nothing.

Yeah, just put Terry on him. Heck, play a box and 1. But have some bigs defending the paint.

Doc is allergic to size.  Instead of making them match up with us, he'd rather they get to put the players out there they want.

Regardless of size, we could just use some energy.  Bass and Wilcox aren't bringing it at all.

It is the team defense sequences that cause problems for bigs. Knowing when and how to play help defense off of a shooter like Novak. Lots of bigs struggle with that.

Getting caught in no-mans land.

I hope Doc puts Shav and White in, so we can have somewhat of a presence in the paint.

Doc, make some adjustments please.

Doc making halftime adjustments? We talked about that the other night when Hollins did it to us. I can't remember the last time Doc did.

You could maybe tell your big not to look to help on team defense and stay at home with the shooter. You will have the same problems with your team defense + rebounding (since your big is 20 feet from the hoop) as your smaller lineups.

But you might be able to create better advantage offensively with (1) an interior scorer + offensive rebounder (not Bass) rather than  (2) by going small with an extra guard who can create on the perimeter.
