  • You say when......
BOY AM i glad doc didn't play KG until he got hurt like he did the last three years.yup, doc is such a great, knowledge-able coach.!!! Good thing we didn't play fab melo, we don't need backup bigs.or sign K-mart either....bah..we need 100 guards....!

If we had given Fab Melo even 10 minutes per game, we would probably be 10 games below .500 right now.

Sorry, signing guys just because they play a position is pretty stupid.  We had Collins, Wilcox, KG, Bass, Green, Sullinger.  The bigman problem shouldn't have been an issue.  Bass has taken 3 steps back, Sullinger had back surgery, and Wilcox has also taken a step back.  No one could have seen EVERYTHING going wrong.  By your logic we should have had Rondo, Bradley, Pierce and 12 big men on the roster.

Just stupid logic.  Injuries happen, Sometimes you get unlucky.  If the Heat had Lebron go down, how good do you think they'd be?  We had been playing inspired basketball without two starters including our superstar PG and best rebounder in SUllinger.

your experience is showing. ::)
k mart was sitting there, and we all know it...except you that is....and your idea of melo is weak..as if you saw him play more than garb ::)ge mins...and guess what...any games back is not an issue if you make the playoffs, and have a totally HEALTHY KG.....if you ever watched the celtics before you would have known that kg goes down EVERY JAN for the last 3 years...from over use......playing a lot would teach you that.and some maturity...it may come to you yet.

I just saw Jeff Green at center. That is stupid!!!!! Don't tell me match-ups, either.

who is covering sith..pp cannot...

Well, we've got this kid Avery Bradley that's pretty good at defense, or at least that's what I've heard.

Maybe someone should notify Doc...

maybe SOMEONE should TELL smith....he doesn't seem to notice either.....

Yeah, I'm a big Doc supporter, but not having Bradley on him seems pretty stupid.
I hear that Bradley kid is sitting on the bench with 2 fouls. Maybe he should stop fouling in the front court.

edit: Also, he now single-handedly gifted 4 points in 10 seconds to the Knicks. That's just dandy.

Paul Piece at pf. :P
Chief....

It's Knick layup city right now. Pierce probably can cover the other pf, but it kills the Celtics team defense.

Even Woodson said, "they have no shot blockers".

It wouldn't matter. They would still be 20 feet from the basket defending Novak and Melo at the three point line.

It's going to be tough to get a shot-blocker in there (in the paint) until Kenyon Martin returns.

Watching this team turn the ball over 20 times a game really kills me

Doc is getting out-coached.

Bradley's really sucked lately, on both sides of the ball.  I don't know why he's picked up more ballhandling responsibilities.  He's not a creator or a ballhandler.  Just have in the corner, please.

I don't think he is getting out-coached. The other team just has more horses.

Doc doesn't have the options on his bench to respond. No KG. Very little big man talent outside of KG. No forwards with size outside of Pierce/Green. Too many undersized guards.

AB is turning into a case: he's playing horribly as of lately, his defense went down and his O is back at his rookie year.
The Celtic in me.

I agree, he should have subbed himself in for Avery Bradley -- couldn't have been any worse.
