Breaking vases at Paul's mom's house and almost getting their butt whopped. It starts at 2:30

They are definitely no strangers to each other.

They were 1995 All Americans together.

lol, yeah. I think people underrate how good of an athlete Pierce is/was. People like to say he's slow or can't jump, but that wasn't always the case. He was never an Elite Athlete, but he definitely had hops.

Garnett said of Pierce few days ago

Quote
“It’s special,” Garnett said. “It’s best to do it with a personal friend. Not just a teammate, but a real friend. Someone that knows you, knows your family, knows where you come from and vice versa. Knows the things that motivate you and push you. I always tell people I’ve got the greatest seat in the house to watch one of the best players in NBA history put the ball in the basket every night. It’s special to be able to do it with him.”

Pierce said of Garnett few days ago

Quote
“It’s an honor just being out there with Kevin,” Pierce told the media, far before Garnett even appeared from the depths of Boston’s locker room. “It feels like at this point Kevin is passing somebody every other night. It’s like every other game right now we’re standing up and giving him an ovation. It just goes to show you about his longevity, his hard work, him being one of the greats, and continuing to do it on a consistent basis.”

I always said when I left the Celtics, I could not go to heaven, because that would
be a step down. I am pure 100 percent Celtic. I think if you slashed my wrists, my
blood would’ve been green.  -  Bill "Greatest of All Time" Russell

I remember Paul speaking about his friendship with Kevin when he had his number retired at Inglewood High School. I also remember him talking about trying to get KG to go to Inglewood (I remember this because I told my dad and thought how great it would have been for both of them to play at my home school).
I had a feeling out of the Big 3 that they were maybe the closest to each other.
