I'm surprised we weren't blown out by 20. I'm glad we were able to keep it competitive despite our poor shooting and carelessness with the basketball.

No shame in losing to the Thunder and keeping them under 100 points.  Solid effort.

Garnett: 5 for 19

Jeff Green: 2 for 11

Jason Terry: 3 for 8

Jordan Crawford: 1 for 5

Tough to win a game like that but overall I loved our defense.

Also, Brandon Bass grabbed 13 rebounds!?  :o

I figured Bradley would spend most of his energy limiting Westbrook... Pierce and Green would spend most of their energy limiting Durant... and so this game would come down to whether or not the rest of our gods got hot.  They didn't... we lost.  Makes sense.  NO worries.

easily kg's worse game of the year.

Jeff Green was just way off.

If we get 6 fg's between the two , we tie or win tonight

So, what does Ibaka have to do in order to foul out?

This loss was on the bench and KG's shooting. Hey, games like this happen once or twice a year for KG. He'll throw up 20 shots and hit 5. It happens. When it does, it hurts and makes winning tough.

But the bench offense was pathetic. The sequence at the end of the first and beginning of the second was awful. Everyone going to the basket whether they had a lane or not. No ball movement. Everyone forcing their own offense and tons of shots early in the clock that shouldn't have been taken.

In the second half, the second unit moved the ball around more but the OKC defense stepped up and made them take bad shots and stay cold.

I have to give it to Bass for a good effort.  He was playing center a lot today, fighting guys a lot bigger than he is.  If he could give this kind of effort every game, we would be a lot better team.

Bass played really well today.

Good defensive rotations and was extremely active on the glass. He got the C's a lot of extra possessions by either getting the board himself or forcing a C's team rebound.

No shame in losing to the Thunder and keeping them under 100 points.  Solid effort.

One of their lowest scoring outputs all year.

Bass was very good at rebounding and forcing action like stealing possessions.

Yup

Their effort has been consistent, and they hung in against an elite team on their home court when two of the main guys were off (kg and green)

We don't need to show off our talents. Save it for when it counts and let's win an ECSF at least.
