Boris,
That is simply not true. For January and February, Jeff is shooting over 50% from the floor and he has never been above 45.3% for any other full year (granted it is not a year). He is also shooting around 40% from long range and his highest 3-point % was 38.9% and he averaged about 32% over those years. I truly think we are seeing a NEW and IMPROVED Jeff Green. He has NOT maxed out his potential IMHO!!!

What I said is 100% true. Check the numbers.
You don't win the award for how you did in your best month or two, you win it for your performance over the entire year.
And, if you're going to cherry-pick months I will too. In February 2009 Green averaged 20.5 ppg, 9.5 rpg and 2.7 apg while shooting 46% overall and 41% from 3-point land. For January and February of that year he averaged over 19 points and 8 rebounds while shooting 44% from 3-point land.
Was that a true measure of his ability? Or was it the months much more recently in 2013 when he was averaging barely 40% from 2 and 30% from 3, while giving us terrible rebounding numbers?
I'm not saying he hasn't been playing well lately, but that simply isn't substantial enough of a sample to say anything about whether he's "improved."
